Ho’oponopono: The Hawaiian Practice of Forgiveness and Healing

The modern practice of Ho’oponopono is derived from an ancestral Hawaiian custom that traditionally was invoked “to make things right/restore things to order.”   Embracing this practice requires us to integrate ideas that are quite different than the ones we are accustomed to in Judeo-Christian traditions.

The key to the entire Ho’oponopono process is this:  we are 100% responsible for the creation of our human experience.  What exists outside of us is only a projection of our beliefs, thoughts or memories.  The goal is to free ourselves from everything that can pose an obstacle or a source of pain and suffering.  For more information go to: http://zero-wise.com
