On Friday, October 2, UUP will again toll our bell in mourning for the victims of the epidemic of gun violence in the USA. We will open the sanctuary for all who wish to stop by to meditate, and perhaps to light a candle of memory for the victims of gun violence, from 9:30 to 10:30 am. We will toll our steeple bell, along with other churches in Petaluma and elsewhere, from 9:35 to 9:40 am, commemorating the time of day of the Sandy Hook school shooting.
