The History of Time

Rev. Bonnie Dlott

Worship Associate: Laura Kamper

Special music by Larking About, UUP Choir

If you’ve ever spent time in Hawaii, you may be familiar with the phrase “Island time.” The first time Rev. Bonnie visited there, she experienced sunny days that seemed to stretch out, occupying much more than their allotted hours. That experience, and the sensation of time “speeding up” in older age, has her wondering about our western understanding of time, and how those perceptions might influence our physical and spiritual health. Join us today for reflections about time, and the implications of being “on the clock.”
