Join our group of hikers as we select a place to hike each month. In March, we plan to hike the Rush Creek Trail, which borders the North Bay’s wetlands, and is home to thousands of birds. Being in nature is, for many of us, the best form of worship, and this is an opportunity to engage with the seventh principle of Unitarian Universalism: “Respect for the interdependent web of all existence, of which we are a part.” We’ll meet in the parking lot at the United Church of Christ at 9 a.m. (825 Middlefield Drive, Petaluma, 94952) and carpool from there. The hike is just north of Novato. Questions? contact David Dodd at david.g.dodd@gmail.com.
