]]> In the midst of the chaotic times of COVID-19, sometimes we forget the simple moments of tranquility and delight available to us, such as a child’s first step, hearing the voice of a friend, picking your first garden vegetables and fruits. Join us this morning as we spend some time reflecting on the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh specifically related to mindfulness and walking.

Ritual and easy movement will be included, so have paper and a writing tool on hand. Bring your curiosity and be ready to smile.
