Tai Chi: Health and Harmony

Meditative Movements for Daily Life based on Taoism.  A Mindful Way to sit, stand and walk leads to relaxation, energy, strength, flexibility, balance, perspective – Oneness. The Taoist Principles of Tai Chi moves will be described and demonstrated. Participation from observing to following along at any level will be welcomed. Bring your friends for a unique and fun experience! Our Tai Chi Guide, Patrick B. Johnson, has been a volunteer for RE and a part of the UUP Community over four years. After a career in teaching he now shares Tai Chi with residents in Assisted Living and has been teaching Tai Chi to working professionals for 30 years.
