A Morning of Prayers and Blessings… Sacred Hebrew Chanting

Jewish religious services have utilized chanting and song for thousands of years to invoke the sacred and access the Divine. Using Hebrew text with both English translation and transliteration, Sheila and Brian will lead a morning worship service that brings awareness to the four Kabbalistic worlds of body, mind, emotion, and spirit. Presenting the morning prayers and blessings in this participatory manner provides a beautiful introduction to Jewish chanting that blends deep tradition with newer musical and spiritual elements.
