“Generalities”
Russ Menks:  Guest Ministerial Student
Worship Leader: Elisabeth Hathaway

Generalities guide our lives, helping us move through a complicated world: It’s cheaper to replace it than fix it. Don’t mix plaids and stripes. Thai food is spicy. But, generalities can be hurtful or misleading: Those people sure know how to sing. Republicans are all conservative. Blonde jokes. Can we live a tolerant, loving, and compassionate life while believing and promoting generalities? We must notice that we are all individual people and each of us is unique and doesn’t fit into any one category. The service will explore living a “good life” between the generalities and specifics of our world.
