1. Planning for congregational meeting
   1. Agenda
      • Welcome and State of UUP -- David (20 minutes)
        • Go over last year's one-year plan

          • Stewardship -- Molly

      • Announce formation of RE Director Search Committee -- David (1 min.)

   2. Arrangements
      • Childcare -- David and Diana
      • Food -- Jennine (and BJ?) will get cold cut platters and bread from Safeway, PB&J for kids. Board approved budget of $150.
      • Minutes -- Jennine will be secretary.
2. RE update
   1. R.E. teacher recognition in June -- Will be done at June 13th service. Board will write thank you notes and provide a gift (flowers?) for each RE teacher.
   2. Thinking ahead: search committee for part time DRE -- volunteers will be solicited at annual meeting. Individuals will also be approached by board.
3. Worship update
   1. Proposal to start early in summer -- Board agreed not to pursue for this summer. Maybe next summer.
   2. Share the plate for next Sunday -- Board agreed the 2nd Sunday in May there will be an additional plate passing for the UUSC. In June, the split-the-plate will go to the Cinnabar Theatre.
      
   3. Regular Guest Minister for next year -- Board agreed David will write a letter to Lee Bond-Upson thanking him for his service this year and inviting him to be our Regular Guest Minister again next year.
      
4. Denominational affairs update
   1. Affiliation -- Haven't been formally notified but we assume its a go.
   2. Attendance at G.A. -- David, Diana (plus 2 kids), KC, Jennine, Marlene and Laura are definitely going. Maybe Jim Hanson.
5. Facilities / Nuts and Bolts
   1. Do we have a current lease? Greg reported that we have a one-year lease at $550/month with the Women's Club that includes permission to use a candle in our chalice.
   2. Insurance payment question -- Naomi will contact the Marin church to see if we can also be covered for the Christian Science RE rooms.
   3. Status of leasing Christian Science rooms for RE and office -- David told them we will get back to them after our annual meeting.
