Agenda Construction: Norb added announcement of construction of steps to the Woman’s Club.

Correspondence: UUA monthly mailing: it was decided, in the future, to give this to Adee to be parceled out to the appropriate committees or individuals.

Minutes for November meeting were approved.

1. Facilities/Nuts & Bolts: Adee Swanson was hired for our five-hour per week Administrative Assistant position, beinning first week of January.
   Norb will order DSL
   Norb will also donate a printer.

   Other office issues brought to the Board in a memo from Sharon Wikoff were discussed, and $300 was authorized for expenditure on a rug, heater, and filing cabinet to make the office functional.

2. Nomination process for remainder of Jennine's term, through December 2005: David will contact KC to initiate nominating committee. We'll hold a congregational meeting two weeks after the committee presents the Board with a nominee.

3. R.E. Report:
   Report from Sharon on progress, and a budget request for monthly expenses were discussed. The budget was amended to indicate that some portions (travel, printing and copying) were covered by other parts of the budget; the request for funds for field trips and monthly birthday celebrations were removed. The amended budget was approved.

4. Treasurer's Report:
   The written treasurer's report was approved as present.
