In attendance this month were board members Naomi Davis, David Dodd and Norb Gallery.  David chaired the meeting.  We were joined by Terilynn Bench and Mollie Twidale. 

Minutes of the December meeting were approved without change.

Agenda Construction: Norb added discussion of DSL to Nuts & Bolts.  . 

Correspondence: Nothing of significance.

1. Facilities, Nuts & Bolts.
   1. Office Furnishings. The carpet has been purchased and installed.
   2. Update from Terilynn
      1. She will prepare Directory of Committees showing mission and members, when they meet and who to contact.
      2. Suggested Board liaison with committees, tabled until board is back at full force.
      3. Schedule an annual meeting of all committees with the Board.   David called for a Plenary with all committees on April 12.
      4. Next Annual Meeting of the Church will be on May 15
   3. DSL Service We discussed the cost of DSL service at the office and decided we didn’t have the need at this time. Norb will arrange for dial-up service.

2. Nomination Process for Board Member for Jennine’s term. David will follow up with the Nominating Committee.

3. Religious Education Update.  Provided in written form and distributed.

4. Treasurer’s Report.  Naomi detailed current status of expenses and income.She suggested reallocating various categories to better match actual needs. It was decided to offer a vote on a revised budget at the next congregational meeting on February 13. Delegates to DA and GA would also be elected at that time.

5. Worship Update. No Report other than they’re doing great.

6. Membership Update. New member ceremony scheduled February 13. Prospects were discussed and assigned for follow-up.

7. Service Auction Update. Discussion about the type of donations received and the process that would be followed. Christian Boatsman will act as the auctioneer.
