  2. Share the Plate
    The board discussed the schedule of the "share the plate" services and it was decided the schedule should be the same as last year.
  3. Weekend Minister (MW)
    JC will contact Cilla from PCA about the WM program (see Jean’s email from Oct. 15th) thanks Prez Jean
  4. The board will have a special meeting on Nov. 4th at 9:00am to 10:00am at the WC to discuss some of the details of the WM program (communication, schedule, contract, communication with PCD, etc.)
  5. Market Campaign
    DH reported that we are averaging about 4 new visitors per week and averaging one new visitor returning per week.
  6. Progressive Festival Feedback
    It was suggested that people working the UUP table be more assertive and engage people also try to connect with families.
  7. Treasurer's Report
    KE will add a line to the budget, which will show new pledges, which come in midyear.

    JC will send out new member letter.

The next meeting of the UUP Board will be a Special Meeting to Discuss the Weekend Minister Sunday November 4, 2007 9:00am to 10:00am at the Woman's Club
