In attendance this month were board members Greg Davis, Naomi Davis, David Dodd and Norb Gallery.  David chaired the meeting.  Due to commitments of various board members next month, this will constitute the monthly meeting for February.

Minutes of the December meeting were approved without change.

Agenda Construction: The agenda consisted of a review of past business.

Correspondence: Church Mutual provided an overview of Risk Management.

1. Facilities, Nuts & Bolts.
   1. Office Furnishings. Naomi to buy a four-drawer bile cabinet.  Greg will transport Sharon’s bookcases from her storage unit to the office.

2. Nomination Process for Board Member for Jennine’s term. No news yet from the committee, David will follow up with the Nominating Committee.

3. Religious Education Update.  No report.

4. Treasurer’s Report.  Naomi detailed current status of expenses and income.

5. Worship Update. No Report other than they’re doing great.

6. Membership Update. New member ceremony scheduled February 13.  At least three new members will join at that time. 

7. Service Auction Update. The auction met its goal.
